Nothing on this site is investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. No content here is tailored to your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.

1. No advisory relationship

Stonks Run is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, or any comparable body in any jurisdiction. Using this site does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship of any kind.

The rankings published here are the mechanical output of automated filters applied to public market data. Appearing on a list means a stock satisfied certain published criteria at a moment in time. It does not mean the stock is a good investment, is suitable for you, or is expected to rise.

2. You are solely responsible for your decisions

Market data originates from third-party sources. We do not independently verify it and cannot guarantee its accuracy. Prices, fundamentals, index membership, and computed metrics may be incorrect, stale, or missing. The methodology page documents known limitations and approximations in detail; you should read it before relying on anything here.

This site implements simplified approximations of publicly published trading frameworks associated with Mark Minervini, William J. O'Neil, Dan Zanger, and the trader known as Qullamaggie. These individuals and their respective organizations are not affiliated with, do not endorse, and have not reviewed this site or its implementations. Names and trademarks are used solely for accurate identification of the publicly described methods referenced, under nominative fair use. "CANSLIM" is a trademark of Investor's Business Daily; this site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Investor's Business Daily.

7. Advertising

This site displays third-party advertising. Advertisements are served by third-party networks and do not constitute an endorsement by Stonks Run of any advertised product or service. We do not control advertiser content. Exercise independent judgment before responding to any advertisement, particularly financial ones.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use automated systems to scrape or overload the site in a manner that impairs its operation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure; redistribute the site's content as your own; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

9. Community conduct

The associated Discord server has its own rules, including prohibitions on personalized investment advice, soliciting trades, selling signals, and coordinated promotion of securities. Participation is conditional on following those rules. Content posted by community members represents those individuals, not Stonks Run.

The site is provided without any guarantee of availability, uptime, or continued operation. Scans may fail, data may become stale, and the site may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

These terms may be updated at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
